Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). This medication is an antagonist of the estrogen receptor, and leads to increased testosterone production due to the estrogen negative feedback loop. Enclomiphene can be prescribed off-label for male hypogonadism (low testosterone production).
