Apply a light coating of cream to clean, dry skin on affected areas, once daily at bedtime, or twice daily, as directed by your doctor. Wash hands after application, and avoid excess sun exposure. Strut Melasma formula is usually not used for longer than 8 weeks unless directed otherwise by your doctor. Therapy should be discontinued when control is achieved unless directed otherwise by your doctor. This drug combination is not intended for long-term treatment of Melasma and does not permanently cure Melasma. Once this treatment is discontinued, repigmentation will likely occur in the affected areas, although patients can continue to be managed with other treatments.
