If your order has been approved and is currently being processed, we are unable to modify your shipping address, as the order has likely already been shipped. If you believe your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at care@struthealth.com.
For your next refill, you may update your shipping address by logging into your Strut Account, selecting "My Addresses," and editing your default address. If you have a new shipping address, please ensure it is updated prior to the processing of your next refill. Otherwise, an additional fee will be incurred to resend your medication.
Please note that we require address updates to be made at least 48 hours before your next order is scheduled to ship to ensure the change is processed in time.
