To see the status of your order, log into your Strut Account and click on My Orders. If the order has been approved, click on the order and you'll see your tracking number for that particular order.
If it has not been approved, please check the physician's messages and respond to the physician directly. The physician may have reached out to you for further information to make sure the treatment is appropriate for you, or to let you know why the medication is not a good fit.
