To view the status of your order, please log into your Strut Account and select "My Orders." If your order has been approved, you may click on the order to access your tracking number, provided it has shipped. If you do not see an order number, please contact us at care@struthealth.com.
If your order has not been approved, kindly review the physician's messages and respond directly to the provider. The provider may have contacted you to request additional information to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you, or to inform you if the medication is not suitable.
