If you would like to cancel your subscription entirely, we kindly ask that you log into your Strut Account, find your active order, and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
To ensure your request is cancelled prior to your next shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled shipment date. Once the refill has been processed, we are unable to cancel and issue any refunds.
