You can delay your next shipment by logging into your Strut Account. Find the order you want to delay, click on Active and then click on Delay. Enter the new date you want it to ship and then save.
Order Ships within 2 days. Please select a day up to 30 days from your next refill date. If you need to delay your prescription more than 30 days, please contact customer service at care@struthealth.com.
Please note - we ask that you delay your refill a minimum of 48 hours before your next refill is set to ship to ensure the change goes into effect in time. If you delay after the order has processed, it'll delay your next refill.
