The Men's Testosterone Panel kit process is fast and easy. Once you place the order for your kit through Strut, your kit will be shipped to your home or designated address. When you receive the kit, carefully follow the instruction manual included in your kit to collect your sample. Ensure you are hydrating 24 hours before sample collection, your hands are clean and warm to allow for proper blood flow, and remember an upright standing position allows gravity to assist in your collection process. After your sample has dried for 60 minutes, place the blood card in the foil transport bag, download your prepaid shipping label and return the whole kit using the same shipping package provided.
Shipping labels must be downloaded from the registration site and either printed at home or emailed to the local FedEx office for printing. (The registration site is register.healthcheckdx.com. You can scan the QR code on the back of your kit with your smartphone as well.) Once you have repackaged your sample into the same package, label it with the return shipping label. Drop your sample kit off at a FedEx drop-off location or schedule a pick-up. Then, your sample will be run at the lab and you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and review or download your results. We have partnered with HealthCheck DX to guarantee a CLIA-Certified lab will process your sample and generate a results report. Get your secure online results in our HIPAA compliant portal 2 to 5 days after your sample is received at the lab. In the case of a faulty collection, you will need to repurchase a replacement kit for $35.
Please note before testing:
- Sample collection in the morning is recommended.
- There is no need to fast before collecting your sample.
- Hydration is key to an easy and effective sample collection.
Shipping Notice - Please be advised that return shipping on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday may cause
delays in the processing and results of your sample. If possible, we recommend shipping your sample on
a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to ensure timely delivery. Keep in mind any upcoming Federal
Holidays that may cause delays. The blood cards keep samples viable for up to 3 weeks if collected correctly.
It is important to note that urine samples must be shipped on the same day as they are collected. Delays
in shipping may result in the expiration of the sample, which could affect the accuracy of the results.

Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy
The following policy applies for purchases made through Consult4HealthXP, HealthCheckDX, and
authorized resellers. Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any
refund, cancellation, or replacement. In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement
customers must provide proof of purchase.
For a Full Refund order must be canceled before shipping. Orders placed before 3pm eastern time are
subject to same day fulfillment. Orders placed on Fridays may be subject to next business day
fulfillment.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
All Collection Kits must be registered and returned to the lab within 4 months of purchase. Any
samples that are delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed. We are unable to provide a
replacement kit on unused kits.

Order Cancellation – Orders canceled before shipping are eligible for a full refund. If the kit has shipped the order can not be cancelled or refunded. Refunds will be returned to the card used for purchase. Refunds cannot be sent to a card other than the original card used for purchase. Refund balance is submitted for processing immediately. The refund credit may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
Replacement Request – If you have not received your order after 10 business days of purchase, we will
send you a replacement order free of charge.
Rejected Samples - In some cases, samples may be unable to be processed by the lab. This means your sample wasn’t able to supply viable, accurate results.
- QNS (Quantity Not Sufficient): This means that there were not enough drops of blood on the
card for the sample to be processed effectively. We typically recommend using 8-10 drops of
blood on each collection strip to ensure that an adequate amount is collected. - Hemolysis: Hemolysis occurs when blood fragments enter the serum portion of the card,
rendering the specimen unsuitable for testing. Several factors can contribute to hemolysis,
including not allowing the card to completely dry for an hour before placing it into the foil pouch
for transport, applying excessive pressure when collecting the specimen, or waiting too long in
between drops to collect a proper specimen.

$35.
